Returns for Wrong Products or Size Mismatches: Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is incorrect or if there is a size mismatch. Please report any such issues within 2 days of delivery.

Wallet Credit: Upon return, the order amount (excluding any shipping costs charged during the original order) will be credited to your wallet for future use.

Usage of Wallet Balance: The wallet balance can be utilized to order any other merchandise from our store.

Inspection and Condition: Returned products will be inspected by our quality check team. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, the wallet credit may be forfeited.

Brand Tag Policy: Returns will not be accepted if the original brand tag has been removed or altered.
