Refund Policy

At iFasho, we strive to deliver exactly what you ordered. However, please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, if there is a valid return case, the amount will be credited to your iFasho store credit for future use.

Store Credit Details:

• The amount credited will only be valid for 30 days from the date we receive the returned item.
• If the product is received by us for a return, the amount will be credited to your store credit within 1-2 days.
• No direct refunds will be issued to your bank or payment method.

Please note that the shipping charges of ₹150 are non-refundable and will not be added to your store credit balance.
