Return Policy

At iFasho, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we're here to help. Our return policy is designed to address specific scenarios where a return is allowed and applicable within 2 Days (48 Hours) after the order is delivered to you.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Size Mismatch: If the product you receive is not in the size you ordered, we will accept the return.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: In the event that you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you may return the item.

Once the return is accepted and processed, the amount will be credited to your iFasho store credit, which you can use for future purchases.

Important Notes:

  • Store Credit Validity: The store credit will be valid for 30 days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • Store Credit Usage: The store credit can be used to purchase any products on the website as per your requirements. Difference amount if any can be paid using available payment methods.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that the shipping fee of ₹150 will not be refunded or added to your store credit.
